Minutes of the Annual Meeting

I. Introduction
The 2011 Annual Meeting of the Innovative Law Users Group was held at the Philadelphia Marriott Hotel, Rooms 302-306, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Breakfast was provided courtesy of Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Marlene Bubrick, ILUG Chair 2010-2011, called the meeting to order.

II. Minutes
The minutes from the 2010 ILUG meeting were approved, and are posted at http://innopaclaw.org/minutes/.

III. Chair's Report
Chair Marlene Bubrick thanked Sandy Hurd of Innovative, Martin Wisneski, ILUG Web Master, Shannon Burchard, prior Chair, and Melanie Cornell, incoming Chair, for their help and support this past year. David Burch was given a special thank you for serving as ILUG Treasurer for the past four terms.

V. IUG Meeting Report
The ILUG lunch at the IUG meeting in San Francisco, California in April was lively and well-attended.

VI. Old Business
We again offered a half-day meeting, which was received well. There were close to 70 attendees this year.

VII. Transfer of Officers
Marlene Bubrick, outgoing Chair, passed the gavel to Melanie Cornell, Chair for 2011-2012. New officers are:

There being no new business, the meeting was adjourned and our buffet lunch served.
