Minutes of the Annual Meeting

I. Introduction
The 2010 Annual Meeting of the Innovative Law Users Group was held at the Hyatt Convention Center, Capital Ballroom I, in Denver, Colorado. Breakfast was provided courtesy of Innovative Interfaces, Inc. Shannon Burchard, ILUG Chair 2009-2010, called the meeting to order.

II. Minutes
The minutes from the 2009 ILUG meeting were approved. They have been posted on the ILUG web site at http://innopaclaw.org/minutes/.

III. Treasurer's Report
The 2009-2010 Treasurer's Report from David Burch is attached below.

IV. Election Results
Melanie Cornell, Systems Librarian at University of New Hampshire School of Law Library in Concord, New Hampshire was elected Vice-Chair/Chair Elect of ILUG for 2011-2012. David Burch of Loyola of Los Angeles agreed to serve an additional term as Treasurer.

V. New Business
Chair Shannon Burchard asked for feedback from the membership on the abbreviated schedule for the Annual Meeting. The meeting was scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., followed by a boxed lunch, as opposed to prior years in which the meeting lasted all day. Most reaction was positive.

It was asked that ILUG work with our legal information vendors to encourage them to participate with CASE, Innovative's Content Access Service.

VI. Transfer of Officers
Shannon Burchard, outgoing Chair, passed the gavel to Marlene Bubrick, Chair for 2010-2011. New officers are:
