III. Chair's Report
Mary Jane thanked all those whose efforts made both the organization and the 2000 meeting a success. Special thanks were extended to III for the break refreshments and for sponsoring the Joint SIS Reception at AALL. She announced that Innovative staff would be offering demos of Acquisitions, Serials, and ILL Millennium products at AALL Annual Meeting.

Mary Jane announced the schedule for the day noting that, as a result of the fall survey where members expressed their favorable reaction to the new format used at the Washington, DC meeting, this year there would be two programs presented jointly by users and Innovative staff. The programs were on Scat Tables and Millennium Serials.

Mary Jane thanked Martin Wisneski (Washburn University) for serving as the ILUG Webmaster. She thanked Brian Quigley (University of Texas) for being keeper of the IUG electronic list.

Mary Jane announced that two mailings went out to members during the past year.

IV. Treasurer's Report

V. IUG Meeting Report
The annual IUG meeting was held April 30-May 2, 2000 in Philadelphia. The annual ILUG luncheon held on May 1 was well attended. Mary Jane observed that ILUG continues to play and active roll in the IUG organization as exemplified by Susan Goldner's election to the IUG Executive Board.
